The City of Agoura Hills’ Community Wildfire Risk Assessment (CWRA) consultant, Jensen Hughes, held its second public workshop on July 29th, at the Agoura Hills Recreation & Event Center.
The CWRA will be followed by a Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP).
The CWRA and CWPP for Agoura Hills will serve as a roadmap to guide and prioritize wildfire prevention and preparedness efforts for communities, agencies, and individuals.
Amelia Pludow and David Kerr, from Jensen Hughes, presented their findings and preliminary recommendations. Drew Smith, Assistant Chief, LA County Fire Department, joined them in the Questions & Answers session.
